1.      Pledge to the Flag-Moment of Silence

2.      Public Comments (3 minutes)

3.      Approve Minutes of April 1, 2019

4.      Approve Warrant List for the weeks of April 8, 2019 and April 15, 2019.

5.      Approve 2018/2019 Purchase of Service Agreements for Children & Youth:

·         Clear Vision – CYS -- levels from $191.71 - $195.68 (avg. increase of $2.86/day)

·         Family Care for C&Y – CYS -- levels from $36.36 - $87.65 (avg. decrease of $1.37/day)

·         Families United Network -- CYS/JPO – levels from $36.63 - $202.01 (avg. increase of $1.78/day)

·         George Junior – CYS/JPO -- levels from $75.23 - $258.12 (avg. increase of $3.57/day)

·         United Methodist Home – CYS --$220.50/day (increase of $10.50/day)

6.      Approve resolution No. 2019-02 to designate Chief Clerk, Shannon Hines, as authorized signatory for PennDot’s Electronic Contract Management System (ECMS).

 

7.      Appoint Chief Clerk, Shannon Hines, as the Right to Know Officer and Deputy Chief Clerk, Gladys Carns as the Deputy Right to Know Officer

 

8.      Appoint Chief Clerk, Shannon Hines to the following duties:

 

·         Voting member of Benecon

·         Administrator of H.S.D.F grants

·         CDBG grant compliances

·         HIPAA point of contact

 

9.      Approve the purchase of hardware for the new Computer-Aided Dispatch Hardware (CAD) and Operating System.

 

10.  Approve Contract Change Order #4 for the Dellville Bridge project.

 

11.  Approve Provident Energy Consulting Fuel award for July 1, 2019 – June 30, 2020
