NOTICE OF SALE
PUBLIC NOTICE is hereby provided that pursuant to 72 P.S. S5860.612(b), and to an Order of Court dated September 27, 2017, a continued Judicial Tax Sale and a continuation of the sale of properties at an Upset Tax Sale will be conducted by the Perry County Tax Claim Bureau on December 5, 2017 at 9:00 a.m. in the Perry County Commissioners conference room located in the Veteran's Memorial Building at 25 West Main Street, New Bloomfield, PA 17068. The purpose of the sale will be to sell parcel# 260,020.00-060.000, Arvella M. Leach, the property listed in the Order of Court dated September 27, 2017, and the properties of South Lakeside Development for failure to pay the real estate taxes due thereon. The terms of the sale shall be payment in full by 3:00 p.m. the day of the sale. Payment must be cash, cashier's check or money order. All bidders must pre-register prior to the date of the sale. In registering to bid, bidders certify to not having any municipal utility bills more than one year outstanding, and no outstanding taxes within Perry County, PA.
