Anyone who will be using the terminal is strongly encouraged to comply with all safety guidelines issued by the Governor. Monday through Friday, 8:00am-12:00pm and 1:00pm-3:00pm
Due to the pandemic, please download the application from travel.state.gov and complete (do not sign) prior to your appointment. You will be required to have a 2 x 2 passport photo to submit with your application, which can be obtained from AAA, Rite Aid, etc. The Philadelphia Passport Agency is only accepting routine applications; however, they are unable to meet their usual processing time of 6-8 weeks for Routine Services.
